"Wormwood" - 31.01.+1./2./3.02.12

Students Theatre DUET presents the story of Tchernobyl - "Wormwood" deals with the sad consequences of the 1986 reactor disaster. Plays are each held in university building no. SG 135 in Duisburg, Geibelstr, at 7:30 pm - further information can be found by clicking here.

Oratorio to the honour of Nikolaus Groß - 7+9.10.11

English conductor Graham Jackson leads an oratorio honouring resistance fighter Nikolaus Groß who was beatificated on 7.10.2001. This event first takes place in Mercatorhalle Duisburg, then in Philharmonie Essen.

The British Ambassador - 15.09.11

On Thursday, September 15, at 7m, his Excellency the British Ambassador Simon McDonald CMG will give a speech on "UK/German Relations after one year under the New Coalition Government" at the Goethemuseum Schloß Jägerhof, Jacobistr. 2, Düsseldorf.

Night of the Proms - 10.09.11

The Last Night of the Proms Open Air Concert will take place at Burg Linn in Krefeld on Saturday, September 10 in the evening.
Please bring your own picnic, join in singing Rule Britannia and we will
have a great British evening out. The tickets also include the entrance to the British Days and Country Fair during the day and seating at the concert.
